If you live in the southern Oregon or northern California region, and would prefer we come to your home or business instead of bringing in your Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod, we would be happy to do that. We will provide the expert on-site Mac support and training you need that others won’t. Travel charges may apply when outsite of our 60 mile service area.

We meet online.

Because the Mac is so amazing we get to show people how to experience virtual remote Mac support through a variety of online tools: TeamViewer, VNC Screen sharing, join.me, Skype and others. It’s like we’re right there by your side. If you’re not connected to the Internet just give us a call and we’ll walk you right through your problem to the solution over the phone.

We offer consumer support for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, Android OS, and Windows. Most support starts with password management and access to cloud accounts so that they can sync data with the cloud.
