image The Mac App Store is delivering 10.7 on top of 10.6.8. If you don't have any Mac OS installed on your drive, I think you have to install 10.6.3 via DVD disk and use Apple's Software Update to get to 10.6.8 then you can use the Mac App Store to upgrade to 10.7 for a $30 fee billed through your Apple ID. If you've already purchase 10.7 with your Apple ID, you will not be billed again.

image 10.7.1 is the only version currently in the Mac App Store. If you go to an Apple Corporate Store, you can ask for Mac OS X 10.7 on a thumb drive. You'll have to talk to one of the genius's because it's not something they sell out front.
